  • Use our services to cheat in government or professional exams

5. Fair Play Policy

To maintain the integrity of our leaderboards and competitive features:

  • All test results must be achieved through genuine typing effort
  • Use of typing macros, auto-clickers, or similar tools is prohibited
  • We may remove suspicious results and ban offending accounts
  • Our anti-cheat systems monitor for unusual patterns

6. Premium Subscription

6.1 Billing

Premium subscriptions are billed according to the selected plan (monthly or yearly). Prices are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.

6.3 Premium Features

Premium features are subject to change. We will notify subscribers of significant changes to premium benefits.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on iTypeTests, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Advertisements

Free users will see advertisements displayed by third-party ad networks. By using our free services, you consent to receiving these advertisements. Ad blockers may limit functionality. Premium subscriptions provide an ad-free experience.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy of typing speed measurements for official purposes
  • That our services will meet your specific requirements

11. Government Exam Disclaimer

While we provide practice tools for government typing exams (SSC, CPCT, Railway, etc.), our platform is not officially affiliated with any government body. Our tests are for practice purposes only and may not exactly replicate official exam conditions or scoring.

Our services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

14. Governing Law
